why many my video sitemap title and description are the same?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support today and bringing your concern to our attention.
This is because you have multiple schema videos on a single page and each video schema is listed individually in the video sitemap and hence, the same page title where the schema is associated to.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
You mean if that every URL page I only have one video schema, then the video sitemap will be not problem?
Hello,
Yes, it’s exactly like that.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I found that if you save the last product, all of the title and description will be same as the last one
Hello,
Please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMetaWhitelisting the route should fix the issue.
You can check this link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewallI hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
I used Wordfence plugin before, but we already deleted it some weeks ago. Now we don’t have any firewall plugin in wordpress, please check. Kindly let me know how to solve it urgently, thanks!
Hello,
Can you please check with your hosting provider if they have any other security software running on your website’s server? If they do have any, please request to whitelist our API routes as mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Dear Jeremy
Our hosting don’t have any firewall. I have already supply the login data in the sensitive data. Please login our website backend to solve the problem. Thanks!
Hello,
I checked some of the products (first and last) and I was able to save the meta title and description. Please refer to the video screencast in the sensitive data section.
Could you please share a video screencast from your end as well showing the saving issue for the product pages?
Also, if you are referring the description preview in the Edit snippet window not showing properly after being saved, this doesn’t affect your frontend as the description should be displayed correctly.
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Dear
You didn’t get my question: I mean my video sitemap title and description are the same even the product item are different. Please see the sensitive data which I marked by red and blue.
Hello,
I checked the Video Schemas added on that page, you have added the %seo_title% and %seo_description% variables in the Schema which is why you are seeing the same title and description in the sitemap.
Please edit the Video Schema and add a custom title and meta description.
Then, flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast and check the sitemap:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDpHope this helps.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Your default value in video schema is %seo_title% and %seo_description%, how can we change them to %customfield(title)% and %customfield(description)%?
Hello,
You can simply open the Schema tab and edit the Video Schema directly to change the title and description to the desired values.
We don’t have a way to change the default values for the Video Schema.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
