We publish daily job listings and use Rank Math’s job posting schema on each listing. Despite proper markup, rich snippets aren’t appearing in Google search.
You can visit 247EmiratesGuides to see how our job pages are structured. Is there something we might be missing like maybe with schema nesting or crawl timing??

  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with the Job Posting Schema not showing rich results. There are several factors that could affect the visibility of rich snippets in Google search results, even if you have implemented the schema correctly. Here are some steps to consider:

    1. Test Your Rich Snippets: Use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to ensure that your schema markup is valid and properly configured. This tool can help identify any errors or warnings that may be preventing your rich snippets from appearing.

    2. Configuration of Schema Markup: Make sure that the Job Posting Schema is configured correctly according to Rank Math’s guidelines. Ensure that you are using the schema on dedicated job listing pages and not on pages with multiple job listings, as this can lead to errors.

    3. Crawling and Indexing: Check if your pages are being crawled and indexed by Google. You can verify this through Google Search Console. If your pages are not indexed, they will not show rich snippets.

    4. Wait for Re-indexing: After making changes to your schema or content, it may take some time for Google to re-index your pages and update its database. Be patient, as this process can take several weeks.

    5. Content Consistency: Ensure that the content on your job listing pages matches the structured data provided in the schema. Any discrepancies can lead to violations that prevent rich snippets from appearing.

    6. Check for Errors in Google Search Console: Look for any specific errors related to structured data in your Google Search Console account. Common issues include structured data policy violations or content mismatches.

If you have checked all these aspects and are still facing issues, please reply to this ticket with any specific error messages you might be seeing in Google Search Console, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

We checked one of your pages, and we can see the Job Listing schema properly added there:

However, please note that even if you add proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include this with your website or not, and it mostly depends on the keyword search term.

    Here’s what Google says:

“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Rich Results Test.”

You can read more about the guidelines from this URL:

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
