Google does not honor Meta Keywords for quite a long now so we never added them to the plugin.

You can, however, use a filter code to insert the meta keywords to your pages. Please refer to the “10. Filter to add the Keywords meta tag” section on this page: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#10-filter-to-add-the-keywords-meta-tag
You need to add the code in the functions.php file of your theme or child theme.
