I checked the URL and it indeed redirects to the homepage. Please enable the Debug Redirections option from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections.
When the Debug Redirections option is enabled, an interstitial window is displayed before the redirection actually happens and inside that window, you will be able to find which rule is causing the Redirection.
After enabling the above option, please visit the URL again to see the interstitial window.

Also, it has one more issue, some redirects only work when I am logged-in in the same browser, else it shows a page not found.
I followed the procedure, I do not see any interstitial window for URL 1 to the Home page.
Also, URL 2 is not redirecting for the users, it works when I am logged in.

URL 1 and URL 2 should redirect to the URL I have mentioned in the sensitive data.
URL 1 is automatically redirecting to the home page and ignoring the rank math rules.
URL 2 is not redirecting to the target URL unless I am not logged in.
Credentials shared, Please try not to disable any plugin, else I’ll have to do lots of setups again.
Also, I am not using any other redirection plugin.
The security plugin is not restricting any login for you. I hope you’ll finish the check asap.

The issue on the website was caused due to the fact that you have an attachment with that same URL and the function to redirect attachments was enabled under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links.
After you disabled that option the redirect is working as expected and redirecting to the appropriate page.

Now, URL 1 is redirecting to a separate page and showing one post of exact URL (url1), instead of that it should redirect to the post directly. I’ll see what attachment causing this issue.
Also, redirecting url2 is not working.
URL 1 is not redirecting to the parent post. Should I delete the image and reupload it with a different name so the permalink?
Also, help me with URL2 shared in the Sensitive data. It will only redirect to the link when you are logged in with the site.
Update:
I have changed the attached media URL and added a redirection rule for URL 1, also URL 2.
Both of the URLs redirect to the destination URL but it will only work when you are logged in with wp.
when a general user types any of the URLs 1 or 2, a 404 page is shown. How to fix it?

I’ve readded the redirection in Rank Math > Redirections. For the redirect issue when not logged in to your dashboard, you would need to clear your website’s cache on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Hyper Cache > Clean the whole cache.
Please check those links now, and they should be working fine.
