Thank you for your answer. This option is / was not enabled. But when I click on it, I can not choose a «Konto» (think in englisch it means «Account») … its not possible.

Please ensure that the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version.

Then, head over to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and reconnect with Google, give all the permissions, and configure the settings.

Sorry, no, thats what I did the last 5 times. And its still not working. I can show you a screenshot. Its not possible to choose something by the tab «Analyse» – «Konto» (Account).
