Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I tried checking your site here and it seems the title doesn’t indeed match the SERP. I also checked your indexed page cached version and the last index on July 24. Please refer to my screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/F896PM
Could you please confirm that you have just changed your meta title format recently? If so, please allow Google some time to re-crawl your website and the updated meta title should be correctly displayed on the SERP.
If that is not the case, do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
But why is this happening only in the title of the page and categories.
Hello,
Google doesn’t give definitive answers on how they choose the data for the SERPs.
To better match the search intent of the user, Google may use a custom title and description from the page’s content.
I suggest you further optimize the titles of the affected pages to better describe the content of the page. Further, clear your website’s cache and wait for Google to re-crawl your website and see if the issue gets fixed.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
