To fix this please follow these steps:
1. Flush the sitemap by following this tutorial: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Make sure that you exclude your sitemap from being cached by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After completing these your sitemap should show the new posts correctly.
