Why image alt and title tag automation function not working?

    Hey RankMath Team,

    I am a new blogger and I know your plugin is a super SEO tool and that’s why I use it for my site.
    Now I am facing a problem: I have opened the image alt tag automation function, but still, my image alt and title tag are not filled in automatically after I upload images to media on WordPress.

    Would you please kindly tell me why and what to do?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please try clearing your website cache and see if the issue goes away?

    Also, may I know what page builder you are using to include your images in your content?

    Thanks for your reply.
    Just now I try to open my site on google chrome new incognito window, and still could not find the alt and title tag on the pictures uploaded on media.
    Am not using any page builder, just the original WordPress Gutenberg.
    Could you please kindly tell me how can the alt and title tag appear and in which condition they will appear if not shown on the media of WordPress?
