Why I’m getting much traffic from untargeted country?

Kindly contact your hosting provider as they are in the best position to help you with regard to this. If they offer a malware scanner, you may go ahead and scan your website.

I can check that everything else is fine on your site except your sitemap. Your main sitemap only includes us_portfolio-sitemap and that too is empty. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and make sure that the Include in Sitemap option is enabled for all the post types you want to index.
