    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It is asking me to request access to see the image, I just requested it.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I can’t seem to access the image file. Please upload the image to https://imgbb.com and share the URL in the sensitive section so that only our staff can access.

The headline analyzer is usually added by Monster Insights plugin. If you are not seeing Rank math score, it would seem there is a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), please follow this troubleshooting guide to determine which one:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I have De-activated the Monster Insight Plugin. Now The Headline Analyzer is not visible in the Posts & Pages of my Website
But still, I am not able to see Rankmath Score & Toolbar on my Posts & Pages.

    Hello,

Did you go through the troubleshooting guide in my previous reply? If not, please do.

If you did and couldn’t find the issue, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
