Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Google displaying your URL instead of your site name in search results. This can happen for several reasons, and it’s important to ensure that Google can correctly identify your site name. Here are the key areas to check:
-
Homepage Title Tag: Ensure that your site name is included in the title tag of your homepage. You can set this in the WordPress Dashboard under Settings → General.

-
H1 Header Tag: If your homepage is set to display a static page, make sure the page title includes your site name. You can edit this in Pages by selecting your homepage and updating the title.

-
Open Graph Metadata: Rank Math automatically adds Open Graph metadata to your homepage, which helps search engines understand your content better. Ensure that this is correctly configured.
-
Website Structured Data: Make sure you have filled out the structured data correctly in Rank Math. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Local SEO and ensure all fields are filled out appropriately.

-
Request Reindexing: After making these changes, you may need to request Google to reindex your homepage through the Google Search Console.

If you have already tried these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!
I have try this process but not solve.
Hello,
We’ve checked your site, and the sitename is already set to: ReSound BD
Please note that Google uses a machine learning algorithm to generate the Sitename for your pages based on other information it has collected about your website and your industry.
Also, it is completely up to Google, and even if your site has followed all the guidelines, they can still decide to show a different or no site name. You should keep working on improving your site’s content quality and authority to increase the chances of your site name appearing in the SERPs.
Moreover, we would suggest to keep on mentioning the desired title on both the title of the page and the schema structure (which our plugin automatically adds after configuring the Local SEO settings in Rank Math > Titles & Meta).
