Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. The issue you’re facing with Search Console not validating corrections could be due to various reasons. It’s important to ensure that the sitemaps you no longer use are removed from your website and that the URLs are updated accordingly.
To address the “Crawled – currently not indexed” and “No referring sitemaps detected” issues, you can follow these steps:
-
Remove Unused Sitemaps: Ensure that the sitemaps you no longer use are removed from your website. This can be done by updating your robots.txt file or removing the sitemap references from your website’s source code.
-
Request Indexing: After removing the unused sitemaps, you can request indexing for the affected URLs in Google Search Console. This can be done by entering the URL into the URL Inspection Tool and clicking on “REQUEST INDEXING.”
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team here. We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year to help you with any concerns you may have.

Google URL Inspection API Integration in Rank Math
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
If the validation for Crawled – Currently not Indexed failed, it means that Google doesn’t want to index those pages. Only Google knows why they don’t want to index those pages. You should work on improving the content of those pages. Once done, validate the fix again and see if Google decides to index them.
If Google has discovered a URL from a sitemap or page, they will keep showing it in the URL inspection results even if that page or sitemap no longer exists. The report informs you about the pages and sitemaps Google discovered that page from. This doesn’t affect the indexing of the page.
I hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
This answer doesn’t help, because I have many URLs to index, others to remove because they no longer exist.
I bet the answer is this: The hosting had put / at the end of the url in the domain and on wp-admin it was without. Today we made the fix on wp-admin, adding the / to the end of the url. I can’t wait to see the benefits.
Hello,
If noindex is not present, then it is just a waiting game before Google decides to include the URL in the index. No SEO plugin can force Google to index something they don’t want to.
It all boils down to the quality of the content, and if your content improves Google’s overall search index.
You can improve the overall site quality by systematically removing low-quality pages from the index. Having said that, site quality isn’t something that changes overnight. It takes a while for Google to pick up the signals, reprocess, and reevaluate your overall site quality.
However, you can monitor if the changes you have made in your URLs will have a direct effect on your website as you have mentioned.
Looking forward to helping you.
