Why are the titles and descriptions different?

Seems to be working fine when I check:

Google shows the title/description tag according to the search intent.

The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.

The right meta description is displayed for me as shown below:

I have however noted that the meta description tag appears twice on the page with the same description which is not recommended. Please try to isolate the plugin or theme code that is causing this and disable it.
