I’ve checked your site using Health Check plugin, and it seems that your theme is adding the additional meta tags to your site, that’s why your pages have the same meta title and description upon sharing to social media apps. I’ve attached a screencast in the sensitive data section.
In this case, you may need to get in touch with your theme provider and ask to disable those meta tags being added to your site.

Thanks for getting back.
I checked and the issue is being caused by the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin as it is adding the OG tags to your page which are being fetched by the social media sites:
As you can see in the screenshot, the description you are seeing is the previews is being added by the plugin. Please contact the support of the plugin and ask them to disable the OG tags to resolve the issue.

Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I’ve disable one of the OG tags, I’ll reconsider the other ones and then take action about it.
