White page (Site crash)

    Hello
    As I connected my website to rankmath my wordpress site with existing Yoast Plugin(deactivated) crashed and gave a white page which made me login into my Cpanel and resolve the problem and after that it happened twice time more !!!
    please help me with the problem
    I`m currently using the free version of Yoast and did as I did above to export my SEO data into Rankmath

    Hello,

    Sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process.

    Installed the repair action scheduler it resists to be activated and the problem with fatal error after installing the plugin still persists !
    and by the way the video screenshot you mentioned above ! i dont get it . its just a picture !!
