Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.
We checked your site and didn’t notice any issues. Please send screenshots showing the exact problem and, if possible, a recorded screencast video demonstrating the issue.

Thanks.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello, I have shared a link using Loom, can you watch it?
or you can log in to my website, go to Pages, and select a page, for example, About Us, right-click VIEW, in a new tab, go to the new tab when launching, and then you will see it.
Hello,
From your screencast, it seems that you’re referring to the Analytics stats bar shown above on your posts/pages.
The Analytics Stats bar only appears to logged-in users on your WordPress dashboard.
However, to hide it temporarily or remove it permanently, you can follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-stats-bar/#hide-stats-bar
Hope that helps.
Thanks, but not here, I turned off the Analytics button on the dashboard, and it is ok now.
Thank you so much anyway.
Hello,
We are glad that everything has been sorted out.
However, instead of disabling the Analytics module, you can disable the Frontend Stats Bar option from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Thank you but I did not find the Analytics on General Setting.
Hello,
Please ensure you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
If you still can not find it, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
