This slug picsart/Mod/ should be used to distinguish the hierarchy of your posts. In that URL, the picsart would be your category, then the Mod can be a child category or the post itself.
If you choose /picsart-Mod/, then that can be the post name itself or a category (without base).

How to redirect all my urls in one click? I have 55 posts and their url is https://example.com/postname/mod/ and I want my url to look like this https://example.com/postname-mod-apk/

Using our Redirection tool, you may try the redirection rule below:
Source URLs: (.*)/mod
Type: Regex
Destination URL: https://example.com/$1-mod-apk/
Change example.com with your website domain.

Some of my friends says, if you change any post url wordpress will automatically redirect old url to new one. And when i tested this on 1 of my post wordpress really redirect my old post url to new url.
So if I change permalink structure from wordpress settings then wordpress will auto redirect my old posts urls to new post urls automatically. Am i right?
If wordpress auto redirect work then will all this things safe?

Yes, WordPress does automatically redirect your old permalink structure to the new one. But there are times that WordPress fails to do that so you need to keep an eye on your old URLs after you have changed your permalink structure.
