I wouldn’t set them as company, organization, service nor person schemas since they are not used for this. In cases you don’t know which schema use, you should use the Article one.
Company and organization are not because you are talking about several of them, and usually those schemas are used for the company owner of the website.
Service is not since you are not offering any service there.
And person, well, they are not persons, they are companies.
So I think the best would be the Article schema.
