1. Rank Math is not working.
Rank Math is connected. I have pro version and installed.
I can’t update is. I bought it 2 months ago.
Works funny. Does not indicate traffic much. Old data only.
I can not evaluate or decide if there is any use for it.
My account indicates no subcription, no bill.
– I payed it already and it was working and I downloaded it from your account.

I remember that I had to remove and setup again plugins from WP in order to find problematic plugin.
Perhaps something to do with it. I am using Astra Pro theme.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
1. Please login to your site via FTP and delete the current Rank Math SEO plugin folder and perform a fresh install of the plugin. This should then fix the file writing issue.
PS: No data loss should be experienced in this process but it is always safe to perform a backup beforehand.To determine if the issue has something to do with a theme/plugin conflict, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

2. Please make sure that you are not using GA4. GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.
However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.
