When visually editing a page with Divi, the Rank Math button used to appear next to the three-dot button, but now it’s gone. Can you tell me if it was removed in an update or if there’s an issue causing it not to appear?

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math button not appearing in the Divi editor. The Rank Math Meta Box should be accessible while using Divi, and it typically appears in the SEO tab of the settings when editing a page.
If the button is missing, it could be due to a few reasons:
- Plugin Settings: Ensure that Rank Math is enabled for the specific post type you are editing. You can check this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta in your WordPress dashboard.
- Conflicts with Other Plugins: Sometimes, other plugins may conflict with Rank Math. Try deactivating other plugins temporarily to see if the button reappears.
- Divi Updates: If there was a recent update to Divi or Rank Math, it might have affected the integration. Check for any updates available for both plugins.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend replying to your ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

This has happened to me on two websites, not just one, and I have different plugins on each.
Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi, have you been able to review the issue?
Hello,
We tried to check your website but couldn’t access it due to 2FA.
In this case, you can temporarily disable the 2FA or can assign the following email address so that we can get the verification link:
s******@r***********
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
The 2FA status is disabled for that user, I don’t know why that is showing up for you. You should be able to log in—try again and let me know if you can or not.
We have tried accessing with the login credentials we sent you and didn’t encounter any issues. We also tested using a VPN to connect from outside Spain in case there were any restrictions, but we were able to log in without any problems as well.
Hi, have you been able to review the issue?
I’ve found the problem: it’s an incompatibility with the Simple History plugin, specifically with the option to display the history in the admin bar
Hello,
We are really sorry for the delay and any inconvenience caused due to that.
In this case, we suggest that you contact the developer of theis plugin so they can suggest a fix. It is possible they have a fix already.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
