    As you can see this account is connected with my email-adress: a**********@g********

    I bought a pro subscription. But it’s nowhere to be found in my account here.

    Can you check that? thanks!

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    the email-adress is not fully visible but it refers to the one I mentioned above. Except if I made a typo but I think not because I confirmed the mail, didn’t I?

    Hello,

    It seems that the subscription is attached to the email address in the sensitive data section.

    Would you want us to merge the accounts under a single email address? If so please tell us the preferred email address.

    ah…. That’s what happened.

    Well the email in the sensitive data is the one of the Google Analytics that will be connected with the Websites I want to run Rank Math Pro on. Does my subscription have to be the same as the Google Analytics Account my Websites are connected with?

    If not then yes please, merge them 🙂

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    And you can connect any Google account with our plugin. It doesn’t have to be the same account as your Rank Math account.
