    If the credit count appears correct there but not on your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    We understand your concern. Please note that Content AI credits refresh monthly and do not roll over, as mentioned in our FAQs here. Once the subscription ends, unused credits also expire and are no longer accessible.
