Where can I set AI credits to website, its nothing showing there

    Thank you for reaching out to us. If you are unable to see the AI credits on your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Visit your Rank Math account section by going to Rank Math Account or navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website.
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits as shown in the screenshot below:

    If the credit count is correct but not displaying on your website, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account by following these steps:

    • Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    • Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshots below:

    After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI settings to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count:

    Can you please clarify if you are not seeing any credits on your website? If yes, please share the affected URL/s so we can check on our end as well?

    About the question on assigning credits to your connected website, for free and PRO users, all your connected websites will have to share the number of content AI credits.

    But for Business and Agency subscribers, they can assign content AI credits to their client domains. We have covered the topic in this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/client-management/#assign-contentai-credits
