I must have misspelled the email address I think. I’ve checked all my inboxes and cannot find it and I was deliberate in choosing the email address I THOUGHT I typed in during checkout.
In addition to the URL of my thank you page which might be helpful you can look for orders with my name. I can also provide the last 4 of the card number. Can you reassign the order to this new user account along with the subscription and download permissions?
