When updating the plugin I lose all the structured data that I had put

Have you tried deactivating Rank Math temporarily then update the plugin? No worries, deactivating/reactivating will not delete any SEO configuration as they are all saved in your database.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Just to make sure, have you already created a backup for your website in case we have replicated this issue from your site? If not yet, please do so, and let us know if it’s safe to update the plugin.

Please also provide any specific URL(s) where the structured data are getting deleted after updating Rank Math.

Those pages you shared have schema applied to them but that has some errors and warnings that need fixing.

So, it seems that your posts didn’t lose the structured data. Also, when Rank Math updates we don’t strip down any information from posts or pages.
