Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The shared access details don’t seem to include the username.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I found no conflict with any of my plugins or themes. I sent you more sensitive data to get into my site. Thank you for helping with this problem.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information.
This is a known issue, and we have fixed it internally. However, we will release an update with a fix for everyone. In the meantime, please disable Bing’s Instant Indexing until the update is released.
We appreciate your patience on this matter, and let you know once it’s already fixed.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
By disabling Bing’s Instant Indexing id you mean to remove Bing Webmaster Tool’s verification HTML code? Because that is what I just did and the problem is still there when I click “update.” If there was something else I needed to do to disable Bing’s instant indexing, please let me know.
I just now went to Rank Math dashboard and turned off Instant indexing. It now doesn’t bring up that warning page. I will wait until you let us know that there is a fix for this. Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
You just need to disable the Instant Indexing module for now and the issue should disappear.
With that said, we deeply apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience. We will roll out an update soon with a fix. You may keep track of our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you. The issue was fixed.
Hello,
If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
