Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I was not able to access your WP admin as my IP was blocked. You must be using a security plugin for this. Can you please check on your end so that we can take a closer look with the issue? Please see the screenshot in Sensitive Data section.
We are looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I am still unable to connect to the backend and getting the same error.
It looks that your web hosting is blocking access from outside of your geographical area. Can you please talk to your web host and see this temporarily disabled?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,

Thank you.
Good evening, I left the corresponding comments in the sensitive information section this morning. I am still awaiting confirmation, thank you very much.
Hello,
I can log in, but after accessing your Rank Math, I cannot access your site anymore. I noticed 2 errors, 1 is a 404 from Nginx and a 404 that goes to your 404 error page after saving.
Checking from the developer tool, I see this error:
POST https://saludyvidapremium.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php admin-post.php:1 404
This could suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.
Enable the default WordPress theme to test as well.
Do let us know if this does not work.
Looking forward to helping you.
That is precisely the error that I report that is being presented to me. I already carried out the test that you suggest, and in the thread of conversations you will see that I commented that I already deactivated all the plugins and left only the Rank Math plugin active, with the default theme that WordPress brings “Twenty Twenty”, and still so the error comes out.
Hello,
I do apologize I may have missed that.
I tried accessing your site, but it is asking me to verify as not a robot, entering it redirects me back to it over again. It seems to be an issue coming from the web host.
The 404 Nginx error looks to be an issue with Nginx rewrite condition, have you talked to your web host regarding this?
When you are in troubleshooting mode, can you save posts with all plugins disabled, including Rank Math? If you have not tried this, can you try that and see if it works?
Please let us know the outcome.
Looking forward to helping you.
Good morning, I did the test you indicated: I left all the plugins, including Rank Math, inactive, and with both my theme and the default wordpress theme, I was able to create a post without problems.
On the other hand, with all the active plugins including Rank Math I can create a post without problem.
The problem occurs when I try to MODIFY anything in the Rank Math plugin. For example, if I want to upload the image to share on Google, or if I want to tell No Index for the images. It doesn’t really matter what you try to modify, every time I try to save a change in Rank Math I get the error that you saw for yourself yesterday.
I stay tuned, thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
Can you please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, Select the Post Name option there (if not yet), and save the changes?
If the issue persists, could you please also make sure that these PHP values are already set on your website? Please coordinate with your web host for assistance if you’re not sure where to set them.
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
If those steps didn’t help, could you please open access for India and the Philippines for us to further investigate? It seems that there’s still a block for accessing your website and unfortunately, we have dynamic IPs. Even if you whitelist our IP – our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Hello,

Thank you.
Hello, I have answered for the sensitive information section, and I have attached a couple of images.
I’m still attentive, thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
I noted a number of errors relating to instant indexing on your error log. With this in mind, I deactivated and reactivated the instant indexing module in Rank math dashboard and I can no longer replicate the issue with 404.
Please check the screencast I added in the sensitive section. I also went a head and recreated a test post and set it to noindex without an issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
