Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please note that the recommended dimensions for your social media image are 1200px X 630px. Also, ensure the image’s file size is less than 300kb.

Can you please share the affected URL with us so we can further check it on our end?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I’ve checked the affected URLs, and it seems that the image you have used is in a .webp format.

Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png, and the image resolution is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels as per Opengraph Standards.

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again using Facebook Debugger Tool.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Why .webp file format is not support facebook?
    Facebook not to say that…
Also your link have no clue about .webp format, its about og:image or og:url tag.
Update your features about .webp file format.

    Hello,

You can check the guidelines shared by my colleague, it is mentioned there that OpenGraph supports JPG, PNG, and GIF formats only.

That’s why our plugin doesn’t add the WebP images as OG tags as they are not going to be fetched by the social media sites.

And our plugin is already adding the twitter:image tag as Twitter supports WebP format and that’s why your posts are working fine on Twitter.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you need any other assistance.
