As expected, the issue was within your .htaccess rule.
The following rule was preventing Rank Math to save the settings:
# Disable directory listing
Options All -Indexes
I have removed it from your .htaccess file, and now I can save the settings. Could you please confirm the same on your end?

The issue is fixed now, as I have already stated in my previous reply. Please kindly head over to the Rank Math > General settings and try to save the settings.
