Hello,
I have been trying to use RankMath for the past two days now. I first started by downloading the file in WordPress and when I would click activate it would not take me to the Set Up Wizard as it does for everyone else in order for me to connect my website with RankMath. I also watched the Youtube video tutorial by RankMath. As shown in the video, I downloaded RankMath manually, and when I click “Activate” it does not take me to the Setup wizard either. Please advise on how I am to connect my account.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If somehow, you weren’t able to access the setup wizard after installing Rank Math, please click on the “cog” icon and this would reveal the setup wizard as you can see in the screenshot below:
If you don’t see the “cog” icon, then head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and you can connect your Rank Math account here.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
