Hi, I have a problem with sharing articles on whatsapp. The display is strange and the image does not load. The image weighs less than 300kb and has the recommended size for upload. How can I do? I loaded a screen in the sensitive data.

Are you using any caching plugin or behind Cloudflare? This could be causing an issue. Please clear your cache and check again.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for following up.

I’ve checked the URL you have provided, and it seems that the open graph meta tags are pushed way too down your page’s source like this:
https://i.rankmath.com/y4WIgQ

If this is the cache, you must move your inline CSS to a file because Facebook and other social networks will only look for OpenGraph tags in the first 60kbs of your page’s source. If they don’t find it, they will assume you haven’t added them. They don’t want to waste their resources crawling huge pages looking for OpenGraph tags.

Could you please try disabling any minification or caching plugin on your site, and see if the issue persists? It seems that it is inputting too much inline CSS into your page source.
