If you wish to have rating options, these are only supported for the book, course, event, product, recipe and software app schema. You can choose any one of these that you feel is close to fit your post intent and use it as your schema.
If your focus is just post schema, you can edit your individual posts and change the schema for your posts according to what the post is about, that is you can select restaurant schema for hotel/restaurant posts and product for product posts.
