THe get_inspection_data scheduled action is for fetching the Indexing Status data from your GSC account. It creates an action for each one of your posts/pages and that’s why you are seeing that amount of pending actions.
You can let them keep running in the background as they will not cause any issues.
And for the second issue, can you please share some screenshots of the issue so we can check? You can use a tool like https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshots.
