Indexing or noindexing of these pages is entirely dependent. It may have positive SEO effects or negative depending on your Site Content. You can leave the Format Archive Titles and other settings here as is if you are not sure what to configure.

Post Formats are pieces of meta information that can be used by a theme to customize its presentation of a post. It is not a post type, rather, provides a standardized list of formats that are available to all themes that support the feature.

Usually, themes do not create archive pages for Post Formats as these are just for internal uses, you may set the Format Archive Robots Meta to No Index.
