The content AI should only be used to improve your original content. If the suggestions are not relevant to the content you have created you should ignore them or research the keyword again to find the ones that go with your content. You shouldn’t create or change the whole content based on the suggestions.
Also, the SEO score and Content AI score from Rank Math may initially appear to be similar, but they are fundamentally different in what they convey. The SEO score calculates your content by focus keywords, links to external resources, etc. On the other hand, our AI measures how well your content is optimized for the provided suggestions to rate them with the Content AI score.

Please stay advised that these tests are just guidelines, and one does not need to follow them religiously. At the end of the day, the content needs to be written for the readers and not for the search engines.
