Most of the Rank Math settings should be updated to the new domain if you change it successfully in the WordPress settings since Rank Math uses it.
Since all the data are stored inside the database, you don’t need to worry about it. Although, I would recommend enabling the 404 Monitor module in Rank Math to track any broken link with Rank Math and fix it quickly.
