what happened to my content ai credits?

    I have the free version of the plugin but thinking of upgrading as I can make a business case for it. I really wanted to test out CONTENT AI and I know as a free user I get 5 credits. I used 1 credit previously just to explore but today I had an actual post I wanted to try it on… it said I had 4 credits, but every time I went to go use it, I just got a greyed out screen… when I refreshed my credits, it dropped from 4 to 0. What happened to the missing credits? I’m a bit worried that if I pay, I will also have unaccounted credits?

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.
