All the websites that you own are your personal websites and if you’re handling a website that doesn’t belong to you, then that is referred to as client websites.
Let’s say that you have a business and you handle the websites of your clients. The PRO subscription of Rank Math doesn’t allow you to connect Rank Math to any website that does not entirely belong to you.
In this case, you can opt for the Business subscription, where you can easily connect up to 100 Client and personal websites.

I am sorry but it does not work that way.
As long as you are using the PRO license on websites you own, you do not need to worry at all about how we determine if they really belong to a single person.
Checking a couple of the websites, we can see contact information is different which means they do not belong to a single person. This is just one of the things we check for and from this, we can confidently say that the Business license is more suitable for you because these websites do not belong to a single person.
