    How was my problem solved?

    I bought the software. But it does not show pro version. Please fix the problem Immediately.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please make sure that you have installed the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website and do ensure that you have the latest version installed?

    Then head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and in here, please disconnect your account and reconnect it with your paid Rank Math account.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the delay.

    While we process the account merge request, we have added the direct login link for you in the sensitive data section.

    You can use that to logon to your PRO account and activate the PRO features.

    Could you please follow the below steps?

    Step 1: Update to the latest version manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    That should fix the issue.
