Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you try to do a fresh install? To do that, disable the Rank Math plugin, delete it and install it again.
After that, let us know if it fixed your problem.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I did that. No change. I keep getting automatically logged out every time after clicking ‘connect this account’ in the Rankmath account login page. I login and the ‘CONNECT TO RANKMATH ACCOUNT’ button in the Rankmath plugin shows up yet again. This is so frustrating. 🙁
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The website was connecting properly and showing your website on your account but not reflecting that on your installation.
This seems to be caused by some issue decoding the URLs on your website. We decoded the activation URL manually and the connection is reflected on your installation now under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
Hope that helps solve your issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you so much for connecting it for me. That said, if in future, I need to reconnect it, would the same problem show up again?
And you said “The website was connecting properly and showing your website on your account but not reflecting that on your installation. This seems to be caused by some issue decoding the URLs on your website.”
Is that issue resolved permanently or will there be a similar issue in future as well? Can you please point me to a guide that would help me troubleshoot the same should it reappear in the future?
Again, can’t thank you enough for fixing this big headache today! I am more in love with Rankmath and will recommend it to all my friends and relatives from now on!
Hello,
We would recommend that you check with your hosting provider if you have base64_encode enabled on your website because issues like this can occur when that happens.
If this happens in the future and that is not enabled you’ll need to get in touch with us to decode the URL again and connect it properly.
Hope this helps further clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
