As you can see there, there are one thing slowing (a lot) your website’s load: “First Contentful Paint”
It is just the time your server takes to send the most basic content so it is not something you can optimize on your WordPress but on your server. In other words, you need to change your server to one faster, with a better Internet connection and answering the requests faster.
