    Hi, I am not able to access my website. I was able to access the dashboard through a link sent from wordpress, so I am able to see it on recovery mode only. On my theme there is an error that says: Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

    How to fix it?

    Error also tells the following themes are installed but incomplete

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    You should access your website using the recovery mode and then switch to a default WordPress theme like the Twenty Twenty-Three theme on your screenshot. You should also try deactivating all your plugins – just in case.

    Once, you have full access to your website – then you can try activating your plugins one after the other to see if it causes any issues. You should also reach out to your theme developer to inform them of this theme error.

    I removed theme and uploaded again and it’s working now. It was theme error but now its fixed.
