Website not using updated Scheme data

HI

I migrated my website from yoast to rankmath but our website is still using outdated yoast metadata despite yoast being deleted from our website

I realise google takes a while to update cache but using this tool I found that it’s not pulling from rankmaths schema

From looking at the websites source code I can see both schemas code but yoast’s is still down the bottom and it’s where google is dragging it’s data from.
