    We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your website to the Content AI tool. It seems that your website may not be properly connected to your Rank Math account.

    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Connect Your Website: Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Rank Math SEO → Help. Click on the Connect Now button.
      Click Connect Now

    2. Log In: Sign into the Rank Math account that contains your Content AI credits. If you have multiple licenses, ensure you select the correct one from the License dropdown menu. After that, click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Click Ok Activate Now

    3. Enable Content AI Module: Make sure that the Content AI module is enabled by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules.

    4. Refresh Credits: Finally, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and click the Refresh icon to update your credits.
      Click the Refresh icon

    After completing these steps, you should be able to access the Content AI tool on your pages. If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
