After further checking your website here, it seems there’s some sort of ad banner that overlaps which is likely not coming from Rank Math. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
If you believe this is caused by Rank Math, please try to disable the plugin and see if the layout issue is still there. You may follow this guide so your users will not be affected: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
