Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused!
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that all your pages are already included in your sitemap. Your posts are also showing in the Google search results and already set to index. You can also use this tool to check: https://smallseotools.com/google-index-checker/
Could you please remove all the sitemaps you have submitted, then resubmit your main sitemap only yourdomain/sitemap_index.xml then give Google some time to recrawl your website?
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance.
Hi Reinelle,
Thank you for confirmation. Just to clarify see screenshot, is this sitemap now correct?

Hello,
Unfortunately, I cannot access the screenshot you shared. You can use a tool like imgbb.com to share screenshots.
However, I have validated your sitemap with https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and it got validated without any errors.

As my colleague advised, please remove all the sitemaps you have submitted, then resubmit your main sitemap only yourdomain/sitemap_index.xml then give Google some time to recrawl your website.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
