Hi there, I submitted my website to google search console last week and all the results coming back are excluded by no index tag on every page or indexed, not submitted in sitemap.
All my settings in the app are as recommended but the results are still showing as such? Please could you let me know how to fix or can you see anything your end on my website?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Unfortunately, I cannot access the screenshot you shared. You can use a tool like imgbb.com to share screenshots.
However, I have validated your sitemap with https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and it got validated without any errors.
As my colleague advised, please remove all the sitemaps you have submitted, then resubmit your main sitemap only
yourdomain/sitemap_index.xmlthen give Google some time to recrawl your website.I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
