website disconnecting issues - Support

Hi, I am part of your Facebook group and was told to reach out about this issue a few weeks ago. I just recognized it had happened again.

I have a few sites that I use your free version on. These sites keep disconnecting or something from analytics. The stat bars will be stagnant for about a month and then eventually show 0.

The dashboard says it’s all connected. But I got an email yesterday morning saying to check it’s connection. Granted this is on a site that does not matter. The rest of them all definitely matter though.

I tried fetching the data but it is not getting fetched.

Can you please share a screenshot of the organic traffic data of the last 30 days in your Search Console?

Also, reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:

Hi, Attached is a screenshot of the traffic from search console and analytics. Search Console shows 4, Analytics has 54 over 28 days. Again, this site doesn’t draw traffic. Which is why I feel it’s best to troubleshoot on it.

I did reconnect through General Settings > Analytics. I have to do this quite often to various websites.

Thank you for the screenshots. Your GA and GSC stats are updating consistently so the main issue is that Rank Math is not pulling the data back to your website.

Please note that the free version of Rank Math does not display GA stats. For GSC stats, please note that Rank Math only displays data for posts that show up in the top 100 results for a keyword. From the GSC screenshot you shared, it looks like there is not enough data to show on your website in this particular case. However, it may not be the same for your other websites if they are consistently receiving high search traffic.
