Hello,
We apologize for the issues you are facing with your website’s indexing after migrating from Blogger to WordPress. It’s understandable to feel disheartened when you notice a drop in Google rankings and indexing issues.
When migrating to a new platform, it’s common to experience some challenges with indexing. Here are a few steps you can take to help improve the situation:
-
Be Patient: It can take time for Google to crawl and index all the pages on a new site, especially if it’s newly migrated. Google may take days or even weeks to fully index your content.
-
Check for Crawl Errors: Use Google Search Console to monitor any crawl errors that might be preventing pages from being indexed. Look for any issues that need fixing.
-
Submit a Sitemap: Ensure that you have submitted an updated sitemap to Google Search Console. This helps Google discover your pages more efficiently. You can generate a sitemap using Rank Math by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings.
-
Internal Linking: Make sure your internal linking structure is solid. This helps Google understand the hierarchy of your content and can improve indexing.
-
Content Quality: Ensure that your content is unique and of high quality. Duplicate or low-quality content can hinder indexing.
-
Use Instant Indexing: If you have a Rank Math PRO subscription, consider using the Instant Indexing feature, which allows you to submit URLs directly to search engines for faster indexing.
-
Monitor Index Status: Keep an eye on the Index Status report in Rank Math’s Analytics to see how your pages are being indexed. You can find this under Rank Math SEO → Analytics → Index Status.

Hello,
Please note that Google considers various factors while indexing. Your frequency of posting and your site’s domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing new web pages.
Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on these factors (especially these two), and that has a direct effect on how soon (i.e. how efficiently) your content can be indexed.
With that said, we have found that barring any issues like copied/DMCA/low-quality content issues. So, we request you kindly wait for the SERP to include your site on search results pages.
If you have already set your pages to index, then it is just a waiting game before Google decides to include the URL in the search results pages. No SEO plugin can force Google to index something they don’t want to.
Looking forward to helping you.
