webpage links have a wrong snippet sentence

For some reason when I filled out a certain page form in your plug in (which form I can no longer find) it is saying the same thing for each page when I send a link to someone by text message. No matter which of my webpages I send a link in a text to a friend or prospective client, it says (after the name of the page and the photo for that page): “This is a great time to quit smoking, if you are trying to quit the habit.” The reason I filled out that form was because I thought I was going to be able to fill out a different one for every page in my website, each one pertaining to that individual page. So now that phrase is stuck on all the pages if I send a texted link! Please, how can I fix it? I even ejected the plug in and reinstalled it, but it did not get rid of the problem.
