What do you mean? The domain doesn’t show in the drop-down to choose the domain? Or that the data from the domain is not loaded?
Could you try to disconnect your Search Console account from Rank Math and connect it again?

I de-authorized my Search Console, reauthorized it, put in the new google code, even redid the Webmaster Tool ID, and still the Search Console Profile – nothing shows up.

Just to be sure, could you authorize another Gmail account to access that property on Search Console and link that new Gmail account to Rank Math. Just to see if that way your issue is fixed.

I have tried that still not working.
Was able to get it working this morning
the solution is that the email with which the rank math account was created must be the same with which the account was created in google search console
